Job Summary: The primary objective of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. The Construction Manager supervises daily worksite operations, schedules labor, manages material procurement, ensures full compliance with local building regulations, and continuously mitigates legal and physical risks while tracking project milestones. Experience: 3-5 years of field experience in construction management, site supervision, or project management. Proven track record of delivering building projects on time and within budget. Frequent exposure to construction environments, active building sites, and varying weather conditions. Travel between multiple project sites required. Tools & Equipment Used: Project management software (Procore, Fieldwire, Aconex), scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera), MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and standard communication devices.
Job Description: Attend to pre-bid, bidding and technical clarification meetings Requirement gathering through technical discussions and site surveys Design and estimation of the proposed solution Preparation of layout to support the proposed solution Conduct technical solution presentation and attend to inquiries Preparation of Pre-construction, for construction and post-construction documentations Job Requirements: Have experience in Design, Estimation, Laying out and technical support of Electrical systems Skilled in CAD, MS Office, good communication skills License/Certification: Licensed Electrical Engineer (Required)
